✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Original Artwork: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the artwork is in original, undamaged condition and securely packaged in its original packaging.

• Print Copies of Original Artworks: Due to the nature of print reproductions, all print copies are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

• Limited Edition Prints: These are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

• Commissioned Pieces: Custom artworks are non-refundable once the commission agreement is signed.

🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact Us: Email us at giuliartfx@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

• Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return.

• Return Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the artwork.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork. If the artwork is returned in a condition less than when it was sent, the cost of damage may be deducted from the refund.

📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

• Lost Shipments: If your artwork is lost during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work towards a resolution.

Please note that once the artwork has been displayed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

• Domestic Shipping (Australia): We utilize reputable carriers such as Australia Post, Pack & Send, and TNT to ensure secure and timely delivery. For artworks under 1 metre, Australia Post is often the preferred option .

• International Shipping: For overseas deliveries, we partner with trusted international couriers experienced in handling fine art. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and artwork size.

📦 Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage during transit:

• Original Artworks: Each piece is carefully wrapped in acid-free materials, placed in a sturdy custom crate or box, and secured to prevent movement.

• Prints: Prints are rolled in protective tubes with acid-free tissue paper and shipped in reinforced packaging.

• Framed Artworks: Framed pieces are bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and placed in custom crates or boxes.

⏱️ Processing Time

• In-Stock Artworks: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Made-to-Order or Commissioned Pieces: Please allow 14–28 days for creation and shipping .

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork. We strive to offer competitive rates and transparent pricing.

• Insurance: All artworks are fully insured during transit to protect against loss or damage.
