It's fun for friends, couples, big groups and families. Perfect for a rainy day or if you want to do something different. Recommended for corporate parties, retreats or to celebrate special events. These classes are pen/pencils based and focus on Zentagle techique. This techique helps to release stress through the simple use of patterns, doodles and simple drawings. The session opens with a mindful meditation, guiding you back to your inner calm, releasing tension, and creating space for creativity to emerge.
